How long until I receive my order?

The length of time depends on what you have ordered and if you have requested a proof. All items related to weddings will always be provided with a proof, so for these items the customer will receive them within 5-7 days of emailed proof approval to print from the customer.

For all items, not associated with weddings, for which the customer did NOT personally request a proof, the customer will receive those items within 3-5 business days. For items that the customer did personally request a proof in advance to the order fulfillment, the customer will receive those items within 5-7 days of proof approval.

 

How do I request a proof for items that don’t include a proof in the purchase?

If you would like to request a proof for an item that does not require a proof to be approved before print, you must select the option to request a digital proof within the item.  Please double-check the accuracy of the spelling of the email address for which the proof will be sent for approval. An order cannot be completed until Eberle Designs receives an email back with approval to print.

 

Can I change the font(s) for my order?

Wedding invitations and save the dates DO have an option to change the font for a more semi-custom suite. However, this is only available by inquiring to Eberle Designs before placing an order and depends on whether or not there is time to do so before the client needs them completed. There are also additional fees associated with changing anything to the original design.

At this time, a change to a font is not available for items not associated with weddings.

 

How should I list the order of my initials for a three-initial monogram?

For a three-initial monogram, where all of the initials are the same size font, the order is first initial, middle initial, and last initial. For a three-initial monogram, where the middle letter is larger than the other two, the order is first initial, last initial, and middle initial.

 

How do I contact you if I have any questions?

The best way to reach us is via email at christine@eberleinvitations.com. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response. Our office hours for Eberle Designs are Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm EST, excluding all federal holidays.

 

How are the products packaged and shipped?

All items will be packaged in clear cellophane sleeves, and an Eberle Invitations square sticker will be applied to the seam of the sleeve. All orders will be shipped via UPS.

 

What happens if there is an issue with my order?

If you receive your product and it is not correct or has been damaged in any way during the shipping process, please notify Eberle Invitations via email at christine@eberleinvitations.com within 48 hours of receipt to discuss replacement. Please include a photo or photos of the error or damage. If the product was damaged and there are also damages to the box, please include a photo of that as well so we can provide it to the shipping company.
